CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
1/ MAJOR JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Operate the Service Center as well as observe the properties of GTI-I.
- Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Facilities observation by daily, weekly, monthly checklist schedule with Asset Management Team.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Implement daily/ weekly/ monthly reports to management.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Develop and maintain good relationship with tenants, authorities, suppliers, clients and internal departments.
- Manage Security and Cleaners Team to make sure the work quality.
- Ensure that tenants and guests comply with the operating regulations and safety regulations of the factory.
- At least 3 years working in Customer Service.
- Background in Industrial/ Real Estate/ Property Management is an advantage.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Good in MS Office.
- College degree preferred.
- English Language is an advantage.
- Live in Dong Nai Province is preferred.
