GT Industrial’s Goal is “COMPANION & DEVELOPMENT”

The trend of global manufacturers shifting their investment to the new market, including Vietnam, due to the effect of the Free Trade Agreements and good macroeconomic growth, is creating opportunities to attract investment capital flows into Vietnam. Along with that trend, GTC has started to participate in the industrial real estate market through the establishment of GT Industrial and has built and developed the GT Industrial 1 project since 2019.

GT Industrial’s goal is to build and develop modern industrial real estate and sustainable, contributing part to the process of local economic development, providing a work-life balance for the manufacturing community with a fully equipped industrial factory.

GTI will focus on target customers in light and supporting industries, high-tech industries and other non-polluting manufacturing industries.

GTI’s goal from now to 2030 will provide a total of more than 80,000 m2 of factories of all kinds with perfect utilities. In the period of 2019-2022, GTI has supplied the market with about 21,000 m2 of ready-built factory (BRF) giving customers a space of a complete industrial factory. GT Industrial 1 products are designed and built to satisfy the smallest requirements of customers in order to bring comfort to the operation of customers.

Based on the achievements achieved at GT Industrial 1, responding to the trust of customers and the support of partners and agents, GT Industrial decided to invest and develop the GT Industrial 2 factory cluster in Nhon Trach 3 will continue to supply the market with more than 23,000 m2. It is expected to complete and operate of GT Industrial 2 factory in the fourth quarter of 2023, and complete and fully install the entire factory No. 2 in the second quarter of 2024.

In the period from 2025 to 2030, GTI will also continue to invest with the goal of supplying 80,000m2 of factories, the next project is GT Industrial 3 in Chau Duc, expected to be deployed, complete and operational by the end of 2025.
